Following up on my posts (here and here) yesterday about Fast Mediator using content from other mediation blogs without attribution, the owner of the blog has now removed all unauthorized posts and issued an apology. Golden Media Managing Director Andrew Golden writes, in part:

“I want to be certain that I am clear, it was not my intention to republish any work on a permanent basis without prior approval from the creator. Over the last ten years we’ve built a reputation on exceptional quality of service with the highest level of integrity and we certainly wouldn’t trade our goodwill in the industry for this research.”
