As I mentioned Friday, as part of Cyberweek 2006, I will be participating in an online panel today at 4 p.m. Eastern on Mediation Excellence in Cyberspace. Participation is free and can be via either phone or Skype. Included on the panel of ADR and ODR professionals will be two other bloggers, Diane Levin of Online Guide to Mediation and Gini Nelson of Gini Nelson’s Engaging Conflicts.

In 2011, he was named to the inaugural Fastcase 50, honoring “the law’s smartest, most courageous innovators, techies, visionaries and leaders.” Earlier in his career, he was editor-in-chief of several legal publications, including The National Law Journal, and editorial director of ALM’s Litigation Services Division.
