I received an email from a machine-learning company called MonkeyLearn inviting me to try its free AI-powered word cloud creator.

This tool is different from others, the email said, because its advanced relevance algorithms are able to detect words that usually go together, helping you gain better insights than with other tools on the market.

So I went back to my January post, The Decade in Legal Tech: The 10 Most Significant Developments, and copied and pasted the text into the MonkeyCloud tool.

On the first try, the words “decade” and “year” dominated. So I stripped them out and did it again. This is what I got.
