AffiniPay, the parent company of LawPay, MyCase, and other platforms, today announced that it will hold its first-ever conference in the fall for legal and accounting professionals.

Called Kaleidoscope, the two-day event will take place Sept. 2-4, 2025, in Austin, Texas. 

AffiniPay said the conference will be “packed with valuable insights and a variety of educational content.” It will also include live product demos and educational sessions on AffiniPay’s products, including LawPay, MyCase, CASEpeer, Docketwise, and CPACharge.

Although the company has not yet provided a specific agenda, it said the program will include:

  • A keynote and general sessions, which will include talks by AffiniPay’s executive leadership team on the company’s current and future products.
  • Breakout sessions on a variety of practice-related topics, from expert insights in practice management to navigating the future of embedded payments.
  • Panels and podcasts, including interactive podcasts hosted by top media personalities from the legal and accounting industries.
  • Networking opportunities at which attendees will have the opportunity to connect with top-tier professionals in the legal and accounting sectors.
