CHICAGO, IL – April 2, 2025 — Element Standard is proud to announce the formation of the  Transparency in Litigation Community, a new professional forum bringing together law firms  and in-house legal professionals to explore, discuss, and shape the future of transparency in  legal service delivery. 

The announcement, made live at ABA TECHSHOW 2025, marks another major step in Element  Standard’s mission to drive greater clarity, accountability, and client-centered thinking across  the litigation landscape. 

“Transparency is no longer just a client expectation — it’s an industry-wide conversation,” said  Jaron Luttich, Co-Founder of Element Standard. “We’re creating a space where legal  professionals can challenge assumptions, share ideas, and collaborate on what true  transparency in litigation should look like.” 

 

A Forum for Change, Not Just Conversation 

The Transparency in Litigation Community is designed to spark real dialogue — not just passive  content consumption. Participants will engage in structured discussions, working groups, case  studies, and live forums on topics such as: 

  • How law firms can better demonstrate progress and value 
  • What in-house counsel really want to see — and why they often don’t see it • Practical strategies for improving visibility without disrupting legal work • The role of communication, documentation, and systems in delivering transparency • The evolving definition of “legal service delivery” in an age of client expectations 

The community will offer access to a growing library of shared insights, research, and best  practices — as well as exclusive roundtables, events, and peer collaboration opportunities.
