What makes you unique or innovative? LEDES standardized legal billing. We standardized legal migrations. Data migrations are traditionally hard because every system has a different database schema, API, and table structure. We ETL every system (even web/API-based systems) into a universal data model so every migration looks exactly the same.
What problem do you solve? Easy and automated data migrations.
Your competitors? Our competitors are also our target market: Migration departments and IT consultants who do data migrations traditionally already have processes that work, most of the time, but are extremely time consuming, labor intensive, and error prone. We build a much better mouse trap, but organizations are often slow to adapt unless their migration department is performing woefully. Our biggest challenge is getting in front of the C-level. Once we do, deals close quickly.
